
Strategic Compensation Leader

We are a leading global technology solutions company, providing innovative services to clients across various industries worldwide.
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic leader to head our compensation strategy. This role will focus on establishing a standardized global compensation framework, driving differentiated rewards programs, and managing key aspects such as job architecture, compensation benchmarking, short-term incentive programs (STIPs), long-term incentive programs (LTIPs), and global benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities:- Compensation Strategy Development: Design, develop, and implement a global compensation framework and strategy ensuring alignment with business goals and competitive market practices.
- Rewards Program Management: Oversee the creation and continuous improvement of differentiated rewards programs including short-term incentives (STIPs), long-term incentives (LTIPs), and executive compensation.
- Job Architecture and Career Progression: Develop and implement a comprehensive job architecture model to ensure consistent and equitable job classifications, structures, and career progression paths across the organization.
- Global Compensation Benchmarking: Conduct global compensation benchmarking to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent in the IT services industry.
- Market Analysis and Insights: Lead the development of compensation surveys, cost models, and market analysis to ensure that compensation packages are aligned with global industry standards and company objectives.
- Benefits Administration: Administer and manage global benefits programs ensuring consistency and competitiveness across regions while aligning with employee needs and organizational goals.
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Provide detailed analytical support and insights for compensation planning, budgeting, and forecasting including the preparation of costing models for compensation strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with senior leadership and HR teams to evaluate and recommend compensation solutions that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and performance.
- Reporting and Analytics: Develop maintain and update compensation-related reports and dashboards providing actionable insights for leadership decision-making.
- Talent Acquisition and Retention: Lead the communication of total rewards programs to employees ensuring clarity understanding and alignment with organizational culture.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local national and international compensation regulations and monitor any legislative changes that may impact compensation and benefits programs.
- Team Leadership: Manage and develop a team of Total Rewards professionals ensuring continuous development and delivery of high-quality work.
