Job Title: Strategic Business Leader

 

As a strategic business leader, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion. This involves developing and executing long-term business development strategies to expand market share and establish our organization as a premier staffing partner.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Client Engagement: Build and sustain high-level relationships with senior executives, aligning our solutions with client business goals.
  • Business Growth: Develop and execute plans to drive revenue growth and expansion into new markets.
  • Consultative Selling: Identify workforce challenges and deliver tailored solutions that drive client success while ensuring scalability and cost optimization.
  • Executive Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with senior executives, particularly within Global Capability Centers (GCCs).
  • Domestic IT Staffing Expertise: Drive business development specifically within the domestic IT staffing sector, leveraging networks and market knowledge.
  • Market & Competitive Intelligence: Leverage industry insights and analytics to anticipate market shifts, influence strategy, and uncover new revenue streams.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with internal delivery teams, ensuring seamless integration of our diverse service offerings.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain discipline in pipeline management, client documentation, invoicing, and compliance, ensuring transparency and scalability.
  • Performance Accountability: Consistently achieve business growth targets and contribute directly to our overall revenue strategy.
