Job Title: Strategic Talent Leader

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee our talent acquisition and management efforts. This is a high-impact role that requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication abilities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including campus drives and senior hires
  • Lead performance management systems using Keka, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Oversee payroll, leave, onboarding, and grievance redressal processes
  • Design and implement training programs to shape company culture and support business growth
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for people-related queries
  • Closely collaborate with leadership to develop and execute people strategies, structures, and scale plans

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in human resources, with at least 2 years leading an HR department
  • Proven experience working with HR management systems like Keka
  • Fluency in English and Hindi, both written and spoken
  • A deep understanding of the importance of people and systems in driving business success
  • Based in Nashik or willing to relocate for this opportunity
