We are seeking an experienced and motivated People Leader to handle our HR department and support employees. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on organizational culture and growth.
As a strategic and people-centric AVP – Human Resources, you will focus on building strong talent pipelines, shaping company culture, driving compliance, and supporting leadership with HR best practices.
Key responsibilities include:
- Talent Strategy: Develop and maintain internal and external talent pipelines for critical roles.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage hiring strategies, enhance candidate experience, and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Culture & Values: Drive initiatives that build a strong, inclusive, and values-driven culture.
- Leadership Support: Act as an advisor to business leaders and teams.
- Performance Management: Guide managers on effective goal setting, evaluations, and feedback practices.
- Employee Development: Support learning initiatives and manage development journeys for top talent.
- HR Compliance & Administration: Ensure policies align with laws and best practices; manage HR operations, systems, and audits.
- Employee engagement & relations: Handle grievances, conflict resolution, and promote healthy workplace relationships and employee engagement.
The ideal candidate will possess progressive HR experience, strong expertise in talent attraction and development, performance systems, and compliance.
Key qualifications include:
- Bachelor's or Master's in HR, Business Administration, or related field
