Drive Business Growth as a Strategic Transformation Leader

You will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and operational excellence. Your expertise will be leveraged to develop business cases for transition and transformation opportunities, create reports and presentations to track progress against strategic objectives, and prepare content and inputs for key governance meetings.

As a seasoned transformation leader, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver insights and operational improvements for leadership stakeholders. Your analytical capabilities, experience with reporting tools, and stakeholder management skills will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a dynamic environment. If you have a Master's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related discipline, and 8-10 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, project management, or business management, we encourage you to apply.

  • Create reports and presentations to track progress against strategic objectives.
  • Develop business cases for transition and transformation opportunities.
  • Prepare content and inputs for key governance meetings.
  • Support preparation of CEO townhall content and other strategic communications.
  • Reconcile actual internal and external headcount data with HR systems.
  • Develop headcount and financial metrics projections.
  • Prepare presentations for quarterly business reviews.
  • Maintain and improve dashboards and reporting tools.

Your qualifications include:

  • Master's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related discipline.
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, project management, or business management.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
