About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Leader to play a key role in shaping our organization's HR strategy and culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and execute a group-wide HR vision aligned with our business strategy and multi-sector growth ambitions.
  • Talent Acquisition & Leadership Pipeline: Establish a robust talent pipeline for CXO and BU leadership roles across businesses.
  • Organization Design & Culture Building: Create an agile organizational structure that allows synergies across businesses while respecting BU autonomy.
  • Digital HR Transformation: Lead the digitization of HR systems and enable data-driven decision-making across the group.
  • Employee Engagement & Employer Branding: Ensure high employee engagement scores across all businesses.
  • Capability Building & Future Skills: Establish corporate academies/university for leadership, technical upskilling, and cross-sector mobility.
  • Industrial Relations & Compliance: Maintain harmonious relations across large blue-collar manufacturing setups.
  • Diversity, Inclusion & Sustainability: Drive DEI programs with measurable outcomes.
  • Compensation & Performance Management: Design a unified yet flexible rewards and performance framework.
  • Crisis Management & Workforce Resilience: Build systems for business continuity and ensure employee wellness, safety, and resilience programs.
