Human Resources Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Leader to oversee the development and implementation of HR strategies that drive business success.

About This Role:

  • Promote a positive work environment that fosters employee engagement and retention.
  • Lead recruitment efforts, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations, protecting both employees and the organization.
  • Develop and manage payroll, benefits, and performance management systems.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR leadership, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proven track record of implementing successful HR initiatives.
  • A strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
  • Experience with performance management, training, and development programs.
