Job Title: Strategic HR Partner

Organizational Development:
  • Assist in organizational change management and restructuring.
  • Design and deliver training and skill enhancement programs.
Data & Analytics:
  • Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Prepare and present HR reports to senior leadership.
