Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for providing strategic support to senior leadership and business partners in all aspects of human resources.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Recruitment: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent; manage the full recruitment cycle from requisition to onboarding.
  • Onboarding: Design and deliver onboarding programs that meet the needs of new hires and promote cultural assimilation.
  • Rewards Implementation: Develop and implement recognition and reward programs that motivate employees and drive engagement.
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and performance management.

Requirements:

  • 5-6 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a business-partnering role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
