HR Strategist

Job Overview

: We are seeking an accomplished professional to lead and oversee our organization's human resources operations, policies, procedures, and programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving recruitment, performance management, employee relations, compliance, training & development, and strategic HR planning.

Main Responsibilities

: Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy. Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring a diverse talent pool. Oversee onboarding, training, and development programs to enhance employee capabilities. Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive workplace culture. Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements. Support current and future business needs through the engagement, motivation, and retention of employees. Oversee performance management and appraisal systems to drive business outcomes. Maintain pay plan and benefits program to attract and retain top talent. Analyze HR metrics and provide reports for informed decision-making. Supervise the HR team and support HR operations.

Requirements

: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred). Professional certification (SHRM-CP, PHR) is advantageous. Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive role. Knowledge of HR systems and databases. Strong interpersonal skills to build and manage effective relationships at all levels of the organization. Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
