Job Overview

Beeontrade is rapidly scaling across the USA, India, Turkey, and Dubai. We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our HR & People function globally.

This role involves building and scaling Beeontrade's HR systems worldwide, while establishing a strong foundation in India as our headquarters.

The ideal candidate will partner with the CEO and executive team to drive global HR strategy, corporate governance, compliance, and a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the executive HR leader across all regions.
  • Establish a comprehensive HR framework — policies, compliance, performance, and leadership development.
  • Design scalable systems for HR operations, employee relations, and talent management across multiple geographies.
India HQ: Corporate + Local HR
  • Build the full HR function in India as the corporate backbone.
  • Oversee local HR operations — recruitment, payroll, benefits, and compliance with Indian labor laws.
  • Act as the strategic partner to India-based executives to align talent and performance with global objectives.
Talent Acquisition & Development
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting globally, from strategy to execution, building diverse and high-performing teams.
  • Partner with business leaders to design headcount planning, succession pipelines, and leadership hiring.
  • Launch company-wide training, onboarding, and development programs to support long-term growth.
Performance & Culture
  • Develop a global performance management system with measurable KPIs and accountability frameworks.
  • Drive company-wide engagement, retention, and career development initiatives.
  • Champion a culture of ownership, excellence, and collaboration across all offices.
Compliance & Risk Management
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws in each region.
  • Draft and maintain employee handbooks, contracts, and policies.
  • Partner with legal counsel to manage sensitive HR and compliance matters.
