Senior Manager Total Rewards/C&B

Job Overview:

Lead the development and implementation of total rewards strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role requires expertise in compensation and benefits to design and execute programs that drive employee engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement total rewards strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and execution of reward systems.
  • Analyze market data and internal equity principles to inform compensation structures and pay ranges.
  • Design and manage dashboards and analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to rewards, headcount, productivity, and cost trends.
  • Partner with external consultants to manage compensation benchmarking, surveys, and best practice reviews.
  • Oversee the annual performance-linked bonus and salary revision cycles.
  • Provide C&B advisory services to HRBP teams and leaders on job evaluations, compensation structuring, and compliance with governance policies.

Requirements:

  • 6–8 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits / Rewards / HR Analytics.
  • Postgraduate degree in HR / MBA from a recognized institute.
  • Deep understanding of manpower planning, AOP, total rewards, C&B frameworks, and incentive design.
  • Strong analytical and numerical ability with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, HR dashboards, and compensation tools.
  • Experience in handling large data sets, deriving insights, and presenting to senior leadership.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, manage multiple stakeholders, and maintain high attention to detail.
