About the Role:We seek a seasoned professional to lead the planning, implementation and optimization of global benefits programs for multinational corporations.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and execute global benefits strategies that meet client needs and drive business success.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their global benefits requirements and develop tailored solutions.
- Configure benefits programs, eligibility rules, enrollment workflows and vendor integrations.
- Create and implement detailed test plans to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices and regulatory requirements in global benefits.
- Conduct training sessions to drive user adoption and system efficiency.
- Work collaboratively with HR, Finance, IT and third-party vendors to ensure seamless data flow.
- Offer ongoing support, troubleshooting and continuous improvements post go-live.
- Stay current with product updates and enhancements to proactively improve system performance.
- Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors Global Benefits configuration and implementation.
- Strong understanding of global benefits processes and compliance regulations.
- Ability to manage client relationships and deliver business-driven solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication and documentation skills.
