Oracle Benefits Implementation Specialist

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits Implementation Specialist to lead the configuration and deployment of the Benefits module within Oracle Cloud HCM.

This role is critical to ensuring seamless integration of benefits processes, compliance with regulatory requirements, and an optimized employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and Implement: Configure and implement Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits module based on business requirements.
  • Collaborate and Design: Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to gather requirements and design solutions.
  • Test and Validate: Perform system testing, validation, and troubleshooting during implementation.
  • Develop Documentation: Develop documentation, training materials, and support resources for end users.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with benefits regulations and company policies.
  • Provide Support: Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, specifically the Benefits module.
  • Benefits Administration: Strong understanding of benefits administration, eligibility rules, and plan configuration.
  • Technical Solution: Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Oracle Certification: Oracle certification preferred but not required.
