We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Billing & Revenue Management expert to ensure the smooth operation of our billing systems and processes.
- Proven experience with Oracle Billing & Revenue Management (7.4 and 7.5)
- Hands-on expertise in installing, configuring, and customizing Business Rule Manager (BRM) in multiple environments
- Expertise in Oracle E2E RODOD Stack design and implementation
- Experience with pipeline batch rating, discounting, iScripts, REL (Rated Event Loader), UEL, product configuration, real-time rating, customer registration, billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, payment, general ledger, and collection
- Highly skilled in customizing custom and policy OPCODES, data managers, invoicing
- Proficient in BRM's Web Services Manager and WSDLs, Self-Care Manager, and AIA integration
- Experience with data migration from other billing systems using BRM's Conversion Management Tool
- Highly skilled in product configuration using pricing XMLs and installing/configuring Pricing Design Center
- Proficient in C, C++, Java, Oracle PL/SQL, Shell/Perl scripting
- Experience with real-time rating, pipeline manager, and Elastic Charging Engine (ECE)/OCOMC
- Knowledge of disaster recovery for BRM, running BRM in a clustered and HA environment
