Role Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to join our team in Nashik on a full-time, on-site basis. As CEO, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day management of our company, overseeing various key functions including finance, operations, business planning, sales, and strategic development.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Management**: Take charge of financial operations, including budgeting, financial planning, and financial reporting. Ensure efficient allocation of resources and maintain financial health.
- **Operations Management**: Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the organization. Implement processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
- **Business Planning**: Lead the development and execution of business plans to achieve company objectives. Identify growth opportunities and formulate strategies for business expansion.
- **Sales and Marketing**: Drive sales initiatives and develop strategies to increase revenue and market share. Foster strong customer relationships and enhance customer engagement.
- **Strategic Planning**: Develop and implement long-term strategic plans aligned with the company's vision and goals. Monitor industry trends and market dynamics to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate risks.

Qualifications:

- Proven track record in finance and business operations, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with a focus on team building, motivation, and mentorship.
- Demonstrated business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Experience in strategic planning and the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
- Successful track record in sales and customer engagement, with a customer-centric approach.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience in the fast food/restaurant industry would be advantageous.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
