Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM FCCS specialist to lead the implementation, configuration and optimization of Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS). This involves managing financial close processes to ensure efficient and accurate consolidations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure Oracle FCCS for financial consolidation and close processes. Work with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical solutions within the FCCS platform.
  • Configure and manage financial close workflows ensuring efficient and accurate financial consolidations. Provide expertise in intercompany eliminations, FX revaluation and consolidation adjustments.
  • Design and implement data integration strategies between Oracle FCCS and other ERP/financial systems.
  • Develop and configure financial reporting solutions using Smart View, Financial Reporting Studio and Narrative Reporting.
  • Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting and optimizing the system for performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, IT and operations) to ensure smooth project execution and user adoption.
  • Train end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure effective use of the Oracle EPM platform.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in Oracle EPM FCCS.
  • Strong knowledge of financial consolidation and close processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
