- Work with CoE teams to simplify total reward delivery and drive performance.
- Business partnering skills: translate business goals into total reward programmes.
- Expert analytical and problem-solving skills: analyze data, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
- Change and project delivery expertise: facilitate smooth transition of total reward change.
- Storytelling with data/business insights: build the case for total reward change using data and analytics.
- Communication expertise: confidently communicate total reward matters to various audiences.
- Respected total reward expert: 7+ years' experience leading effective change in total reward.
- Deep technical total reward experience: expertise in multiple reward areas, including recognition and benefits.
- Agile business partner: relationship building and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Governance and risk management experience: significant experience managing pension and compensation plans.
