Senior Total Reward Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead total reward advice and guidance across the organization, creating customer-centric solutions within group frameworks.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to identify opportunities and deliver solutions enhancing total reward effectiveness.
  • Drive leadership and line manager understanding of total reward value and impact.
  • Work with CoE teams to simplify total reward delivery and drive performance.
Requirements:
  • Business partnering skills: translate business goals into total reward programmes.
  • Expert analytical and problem-solving skills: analyze data, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
  • Change and project delivery expertise: facilitate smooth transition of total reward change.
  • Storytelling with data/business insights: build the case for total reward change using data and analytics.
  • Communication expertise: confidently communicate total reward matters to various audiences.
