We are seeking a strategic and experienced HR professional to drive our HR Business Partner function and Total Rewards initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Provide expert advisory services on org design, talent planning, leadership development, and workforce strategy.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of engagement, retention, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Design, benchmark, and implement effective compensation and benefits strategies across levels and functions.
  • Partner with external consultants and internal stakeholders on C&B surveys, market benchmarking, and pay parity reviews.
  • Manage the performance appraisal cycle and ensure reward programs meet business and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with finance, legal, and other teams to ensure consistency and compliance in reward frameworks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with exposure to both HRBP and Compensation & Benefits.
  • Strong experience partnering with business leaders, preferably in high growth or fast-paced environments.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to work comfortably with data and analytics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • MBA/PGDM from a top-tier B-school.
