Job Title: HR Manager

We are a dynamic and fast-growing influencer marketing agency with leading brands across various industries. Our passionate team is dedicated to creating impactful campaigns and building strong relationships with influencers.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Human Resources Management: Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding and employee relations.
  • HR Policy Development: Oversee the development and implementation of compliant HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
  • Full Recruitment Cycle: Coordinate and execute the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
  • Performance Management: Assist in performance management processes, including setting KPIs, conducting appraisals, and providing guidance on employee development.
  • Employee Records: Maintain accurate employee records, ensure data accuracy, and manage HR documentation.
  • Employee Support: Address employee queries regarding compensation, benefits, and HR policies.
  • Employee Engagement: Support employee engagement initiatives, including team-building activities, training programs and performance incentives.
  • Employee Grievances: Handle employee grievances, conduct investigations, and provide recommendations for resolutions.
  • Strategic Projects: Contribute to strategic HR projects, such as workforce planning, diversity & inclusion programs, and organizational development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in an HR Generalist or Managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to HR issues.
