Job Title: Senior Delivery Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned project delivery leader to join our team. As a senior delivery strategist, you will play a crucial role in defining implementation strategies, executing tasks, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.

  • About the Role:
  • You will be responsible for defining implementation strategies for projects, executing tasks, completing deliverables, coordinating staffing, and monitoring and reporting results.
  • Effectively manage client communications and expectations.
  • Collaborate with the delivery team to recommend and deliver best-in-class services.
  • Present project statuses to executive teams and other stakeholders.
  • Manage risks to successful project completion, identifying, classifying, prioritizing, mitigating, and developing contingency plans as needed.
  • Manage issues and changes to project scope.
  • Work collaboratively with functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Ensure efficient development team throughput by identifying potential issues and roadblocks and working to prevent or eliminate them.
  • Support the creation of high-quality client deliverables, including executive-level updates, meeting facilitation decks, project status reports, vendor reports, project trackers, meeting minutes, final recommendations, and contract redlines.
  • Exercise sound judgment and oversight to ensure integrity and compliance with company policies in all activities and communications while fostering organization's core values and behaviors.
  • Create an environment for growth and development of the team, collaborating with tech leads to enhance team competencies and expertise.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10-12 years of experience as a dedicated, full-time project manager of teams of 10+ members.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • A working knowledge of pharmaceutical, special pharmacy, patient services, or related industries.
  • Service Line: Pharma/Biotech; Patient Support Program.
  • Knowledge of drug development is a must.
  • A self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal direct supervision.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, a polished executive presence, and the ability to influence, including with C-suite client stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word. Strong proficiency in Excel a plus.
  • Working experience with European/USA clients.
  • Advanced level of skills in Salesforce/Hubspot.
