Senior Performance Strategist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Global Talent, Reward and Culture Team in the People Function. As a senior member of this team, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing global performance management, compensation planning, and employee rewards and recognition strategies.

This position offers a unique opportunity to lead impactful projects and collaborate with professionals across the organization.

  • Develop and implement global policies and systems;
  • Manage multiple priorities simultaneously;
  • Effectively communicate and consult with stakeholders at all levels;
  • Fluently speak and write English (verbal and written).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop global performance management frameworks;
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends;
  • Develop and implement effective communication plans;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or a related field;
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in rewards, compensation, and performance management within a global organization;
  • Strong analytical skills (and advanced level MS Excel skills) with the ability to interpret complex data from various sources and draw meaningful conclusions;
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
