Role Overview
This position involves developing and executing business strategies to drive growth on Amazon, Flipkart, and Quick Commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce operations, marketing, and data analysis, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth across multiple marketplaces.
- Manage all aspects of e-commerce operations, including listing, campaign, and content management activities.
- Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Implement targeted promotional strategies to drive traffic and conversion rates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in e-commerce operations, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, Flipkart, and Quick Commerce.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
