About the Team:

You'll be part of the Direct Sales team at Amazon Development Centre Pvt Ltd, responsible for onboarding and growing marquee brands and brand partners as direct sellers on Amazon marketplace. As a Sales Specialist, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue goals by driving strategic conversations, executing growth strategies for HVS accounts, and implementing account-level KPIs/metrics. If you're passionate about building relationships, driving growth, and collaborating across teams, this role may be the perfect fit for you.

**Key Requirements:***

• 4+ years of sales experience in B2B sales or account management

• Data Analysis: Experience analyzing data and identifying performance drivers

• Revenue Target Achievement: Proven ability to meet sales targets and quotas

• E-commerce Experience: Understanding of the e-commerce landscape

**Compensation Package:** Our total compensation package includes a base salary, bonus, and additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off, with an estimated salary range ₹26,00,000 - ₹32,00,000 per annum.
