Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching and training, with expertise in MS Excel and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Impart training on IT and monitor the student life cycle for ensuring standard outcome.
  • Train students on basic hardware and software knowledge, including computer spares, operating systems, and application software.
  • Instruct students on basic MS Word skills, such as page layout, printing, headers, footers, and mail merges.
  • Teach students internet skills, including web browsing, email creation, and online shopping.
  • Introduce students to cloud storage services like Google Drive and OneDrive.
  • Train students on online meeting tools, including WebEx and Skype.
  • Teach students remote desktop tools, such as TeamViewer, AnyDesk, and Ammyy.
  • Deliver advanced training in MS Excel, covering topics such as cell referencing, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, pivot tables, Power Pivot, SUMIF, COUNTIF, IF, OR, AND functions, and data validation.

Requirements:

  • Graduate or Post Graduate degree.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a faculty or trainer.
  • Relevant industry experience (1-3 years) or aspiring to build a career in teaching.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with patience and perseverance.
  • Good knowledge and practical experience in soft skill training and personality development.
  • Ability to mentor, coach, and counsel students.
  • Passion for teaching as a career.
  • Prior experience as a faculty/trainer/instructor is highly desirable but not mandatory.
