Job Title: Learning and Development Professional

We are seeking an accomplished Trainer to lead our team in delivering exceptional home cleaning services. As a key member, this individual will be responsible for spearheading all training initiatives, crafting and refining training content, and providing technical and behavioral guidance to partners to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for professionals offering home cleaning services.
  • Craft and refine training content, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
  • Provide hands-on training and support to partners on standard operating procedures (SOPs) to guarantee high-quality service delivery.
  • Design and execute strategies to enhance service quality through targeted training interventions.
  • Lead a team of trainers/professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure consistent training delivery.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments to meet evolving business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training requirements and develop tailored solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in top-tier Hotels, Facility Management, or Startups, with a focus on training and development.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Proven experience in managing teams of trainers/professionals, preferably in hotels or facilities management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and delivering training content for blue-collar workers.
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
