Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Training Specialist to join our team. As an MPS Associate, you will provide training and support to surgeons and operating room staff on the use of robotic arm applications, equipment, and instruments.

You will utilize proprietary software to prepare pre-operative CT scans for use with our Robotic Arm Interactive Orthopaedic System, assist surgeons in preoperative implant planning, sizing, and positioning, and provide complete reports and metrics to management and regulatory departments.

You will also be responsible for maintaining and controlling local MAKO consigned equipment, instruments, implants, and disposables inventories, processing sales orders, and providing forecast input to district sales managers.

Sky-high expectations come with this role, including delivering exceptional customer service, solving product problems expeditiously, and providing case coverage at unassigned accounts as needed.

What You Will Do:

  • Provide training and clinical/technical support to surgeons and operating room staff.
  • Utilize proprietary software for pre-operative CT scan preparation and surgeon assistance.
  • Provide complete reports and metrics to management and regulatory departments.
  • Maintain and control local MAKO consigned equipment, instruments, implants, and disposables inventories.
  • Process sales orders and provide forecast input to district sales managers.
  • Solve product problems expeditiously.
  • Provide case coverage at unassigned accounts as needed.

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree - B.Tech Biomedical
  • 2+ years of work experience
  • MBA preferred
