Job Title: Industrial Automation Specialist

This role involves delivering in-depth training on automation systems, focusing on PLC, HMI, SCADA, and DCS technologies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various platforms, including Rockwell, Emerson, and Siemens.

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide hands-on training on automation systems, emphasizing validation practices, regulatory compliance, and industry best practices.

The successful candidate will possess strong technical skills in automation integration, troubleshooting, instrumentation, and optimization. Additionally, they should be familiar with regulatory guidelines, such as FDA, EMA, cGMP, GAMP5, and 21 CFR Part 11.

A key responsibility of this role is to design and deliver comprehensive training programs, covering equipment qualification, process validation, and computerized system validation (CSV). The trainer will also stay updated with the latest automation technologies, trends, and regulatory updates.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on automation systems, validation practices, and regulatory compliance.
  • Provide in-depth instruction on PLC, HMI, SCADA, and DCS technologies, with expertise in Rockwell, Emerson, Siemens, and other automation platforms.
  • Conduct training on pharma validation processes, including equipment qualification, process validation, and computerized system validation (CSV).
  • Train on 21 CFR Part 11 compliance, data integrity, and GxP requirements.
  • Deliver practical sessions on system integration, troubleshooting, optimization, and lifecycle management of automation systems.
  • Mentor and guide participants on industry best practices, preparing them for real-world challenges.

  • Automation Tools: PLC, HMI, SCADA, DCS (Rockwell, Emerson, Siemens, and others).
  • Validation Expertise: Pharma validation, equipment qualification, process validation, computerized system validation (CSV).
