Job Title: Training and Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Training and Development Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a key role in identifying employee development needs, designing and delivering training programs, and evaluating their effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also essential, as well as the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver training programs to meet employee development needs
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with operational leaders to align training with business goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement adult learning principles into training programs
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in training and development, preferably in a hospitality setting
  • Certified trainer or similar certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
