Training and Development Associate">

We are seeking a skilled Training and Development Associate to join our team. As a key member of our learning and development function, you will play a crucial role in creating engaging eLearning and instructor-led courses that meet the needs of our clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience designing and developing professional training courses, preferably for procurement and/or sales professionals. You will be responsible for developing compelling course content, including identifying learning objectives, designing course outlines, and creating context-specific case studies. Additionally, you will support trainer preparation meetings, assist with eLearning design, and perform quality checks on all course content.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent written, creative, and verbal communication skills. You will also need to be able to communicate effectively with internal and client subject matter experts, as well as manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel is essential, as is a strong understanding of adult learning methodologies and instructional design assessment strategies.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years experience designing and developing professional training courses
  • Understanding of adult learning methodologies
  • Excellent written, creative, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with internal and client subject matter experts
  • Strong project management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
