Job Title: Business Development Lead for EV Charging Solutions
We're seeking an experienced Business Development Lead to join our team at Redrob. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth and business expansion in Delhi-NCR for our EV charging solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads for Residential Complexes (RWA), Societies, Malls, and Offices in Delhi-NCR for the setup of Charging Stations at their premises.
- Conduct market research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Built relationships with key stakeholders, including power and oil companies.
- Develop proposals for RWA/Societies/Malls/Offices and negotiate commercial terms and conditions.
- Promote our EV charging solutions to potential partners and customers.
- Lead site feasibility assessments and manage third-party contractors to support the deployment of EV charging stations.
- Stay updated with advancements in EV charging technologies, industry standards, and government policies to ensure compliance and leverage opportunities.
- Engage with customers and other stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Requirements:
- Willingness to travel within and around Delhi-NCR.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, along with a proven sales conversion track record.
- Project management skills.
- Agility and adaptability.
- Tech know-how of EV products or power products.
Estimated Salary: ₹8-12 lakhs per annum
