Strategic Enterprise Sales Director

This extensive network caters to the needs of 207,000+ active EV users. As a peer-to-peer, distributed charging network, Bolt.Earth provides comprehensive services for various types of electric vehicles, including standard and fast-charging options.
Job Description- Owning the entire sales process within assigned regions.
- Developing a pipeline of corporate clients through direct communication, emails, and phone calls.
- Providing value-selling services to corporations for implementing EV charging infrastructure.
- Engaging with customers to identify their requirements and assisting them in selecting suitable products that meet their specifications.
- Presenting sales pitches, demonstrations, and highlighting the benefits of products to influence purchasing decisions.
- Adopting a data-driven approach to assess performance, ROI, and improve sales strategies.
- Conducting surveys and research to gather market trends, potential leads, and sales opportunities.
- Leading after-sales support and services to clients.
- 3-7 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in B2B settings, with established relationships for future sales growth.
- Able to thrive in fast-paced environments, often under pressure.
- Self-starter with a willingness to take initiative.
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of technology and business principles.
- Will to travel extensively within a city or region.
