At Yano Charge, a pioneering startup recognized by the Government of India, we are revolutionizing the EV Charging industry with our cutting-edge Software and Hardware solutions.


We seek an exceptional Business Development Manager to spearhead our sales efforts in Delhi-NCR and drive business growth for our innovative EV charging solutions.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to sell EV Chargers to clients on CAPEX or OPEX models, ensuring seamless installation at client premises.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads for RWA/Societies/Malls/Offices to establish Charging Stations at their premises in Delhi-NCR.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify emerging markets and customer needs, informing our product development and sales approaches.
  • Networking: Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including power and oil companies, to drive business growth and stay updated on industry developments.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare comprehensive proposals for RWA/Societies/Malls/Offices, negotiating commercial terms and conditions for agreements.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Promote our EV charging solutions to potential partners and customers, highlighting the benefits of our innovative technology.
  • Project Management: Lead site feasibility assessments and manage third-party contractors to support the deployment of EV charging stations.
  • Compliance and Standards: Stay current with advancements in EV charging technologies, industry standards, and government policies, ensuring compliance and leveraging opportunities.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs, providing tailored solutions and exceptional customer service.

Requirements:


  • Frequent travel within Delhi-NCR required.
  • Strong Communication and Negotiation skills, with a proven sales conversion track record.
  • Excellent Project Management skills.
  • Agility and adaptability.
  • Technical knowledge of EV products or power products.

The ideal candidate will have:


  • A strong background in sales, business development, or a related field.

Compensation:


₹10 Lacs - ₹15 Lacs per annum (based on experience).
