Job Title: Below the Line Marketing Manager

This role involves leading hyperlocal campaigns, focusing on fertility awareness camps, clinic-level engagement, partnerships, and social media management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement BTL marketing activities like fertility camps, awareness drives, and outreach events in designated regions.
  • Identify areas with high potential for brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Buildeffective local partnerships with clinics, pharmacies, influencers, NGOs, and community leaders.
  • Create customized campaigns based on regional audience behavior and demographics.
  • Manage local social media pages with relevant content.
  • Capture and post updates from live events, testimonials, and community stories.
  • Take ownership of organizing fertility camps and other events, including venue finalization, promotion, vendor coordination, and execution.
  • E nsure seamless experiences for stakeholders and attendees.
  • Keep detailed records of BTL activities, leads generated, ROI, and expenses.
  • Share weekly and monthly reports with the BTL Head and suggest improvements.
  • Serve as the face of the brand in local interactions, maintaining professionalism and integrity.
  • Ensure all materials and communications align with brand standards.
  • Coordinate with central teams to ensure aligned messaging and goals.
  • Adhere to legal, ethical, and company policies during all activities.
