Job Summary:
The E-commerce Business Development Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our e-commerce operations. This role demands a strategic thinker with a comprehensive understanding of the e-commerce landscape, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for driving profitable online growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- E-commerce Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
- E-commerce Operations Management: Oversee website management, product catalog management, order fulfillment, customer service, and marketing initiatives.
- Online Sales and Growth: Design and execute effective marketing campaigns to increase website traffic and boost online sales while ensuring profitability.
- Website Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and enhance website performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of e-commerce professionals, including web developers, digital marketers, and customer service representatives.
- Industry Trends Monitoring: Monitor the latest e-commerce trends and technologies to keep the business competitive.
- E-commerce Performance Analysis: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales growth and profitability, providing regular performance reports to management.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce management of the fashion or apparel industry.
- Proven track record of driving online sales and profitable growth.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, SEO, and digital marketing strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Estimated Salary: ₹1200000 - ₹1800000 per annum
