Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Amazon Ecommerce Business Development Associate to join our team in the Kitchen category. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting sellers/vendors in getting well-versed with various Amazon tools and providing onsite and office support for catalog creation, listing products, shipment-related issues, and more.

You will guide and help sellers/vendors complete onboarding formalities, train them on internal tools, handle various types of cases related to inbounding, product issues, and customer complaints, provide required inputs to sellers to manage customer feedback, coordinate with sellers/vendors and internal teams for catalog creation and product imaging, review Amazon catalogs for content quality based on predefined guidelines, and coordinate with internal teams to fix issues for better customer experience.

You will also document processes, regularly update existing SOPs, review and suggest SOP changes required if any to the team basis input from Category managers, handle various sets of daily, weekly, and monthly business reports, and onboard new processes if required as per business needs.

A Day in the Life

In this role, you will work closely with sellers/brands to train and guide them on managing tools associated with selection and catalog, coordinate with internal Amazon teams to troubleshoot operational blockers, and assist sellers/vendors in growing their business on Amazon.in.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have 2+ years of sales experience, a Bachelor's degree, experience with Excel and Microsoft Office products and applications, and a strong understanding of ecommerce business principles. Preferred qualifications include a Master's Degree in Business or 1+ years of experience in Ecommerce Account management.
