Job Overview:

We are seeking a driven and strategic Business Growth Manager to lead our sales efforts in specific industry verticals and territories. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through cross-selling, customer relationship management, and exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive sales strategies for assigned verticals and territories by identifying potential clients, highlighting customer requirements, and forecasting market trends.
  • Monitor weekly sales targets at the territory level, highlight deviations, and implement corrective actions as required.
  • Maintain strict adherence to sales performance metrics.
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities from multiple channels and develop pursuit plans.
  • Negotiate and finalize terms with clients, including product specifications, payment terms, and timelines, and obtain approval from senior management.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and resolve queries efficiently.
  • Identify integrated solution opportunities and communicate them to senior management.
  • Document customer specifications and forward them to relevant departments.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure timely order execution.
  • Communicate changes in order specifications to concerned departments and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collect payments from clients as per contractual agreements.
  • Ensure timely dispatch of goods to client sites according to delivery schedules.
  • Maintain adherence to policies and processes to enhance response quality and minimize response time to customer queries.
  • Establish service centers or identify partner agencies to provide quick after-sales service.
  • Provide technical support to customers on after-sales issues.
  • Resolve customer complaints within predefined timelines.
  • Log and update customer interaction activities in relevant systems.
  • Respond promptly to customer queries and issues during sales finalization, execution, and post-execution.
  • Liaise with distributors and dealers in the territory and escalate significant issues to senior management.
  • Effectively manage dealer activities, including stock booking, invoicing, and payments.
  • Stay updated with territorial developments and provide data to marketing teams on potential expansion opportunities.
