Job Title: Senior Business Strategist Overview:  We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Strategist to lead the development and execution of innovative strategies that drive business growth and improve revenue cycle management.  The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in end-to-end revenue cycle management, team leadership, and strategic planning.  As a Senior Business Strategist, you will be responsible for establishing best practices, developing process improvements, and optimizing insurance collection.  You will also be expected to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of business strategies and drive business results.  If you are a seasoned revenue cycle professional with excellent leadership skills and a passion for driving business growth, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. Key Responsibilities:  1. Develop and execute innovative strategies to improve and secure business delivery.  2. Establish a pilot accounts receivable process and devise a strategy to improve collections.  3. Understand revenue cycle management and KPIs standards to optimize insurance collection.  4. Be familiar with downstream revenue cycle offices, including payment posting, AR follow-up/denial management, and patient billing.  5. Understand the nuances of various provider specialties.  6. Ensure that the portfolio meets client and internal company performance benchmarks.  7. Develop the management capabilities and business acumen of team members.  8. Execute policies, processes, and procedures of the organization.  9. Demonstrate leadership skills with experience managing teams.  10. Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.  11. Perform annual performance reviews/appraisals.  12. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint to create weekly reports and dashboards. Required Skills and Qualifications:  1. Minimum 14+ years of experience in end-to-end revenue cycle management.  2. Either currently working as Associate Director or minimum 2 years as Senior Manager.  3. Managed a team of 150+.  4. Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including ability to organize and manage human resources.  5. Willingness to work flexible hours.  6.
