Job Description

As a Technical Sales Solutions Expert at Le Human Resources Solutions Pvt. Ltd., you will play a key role in supporting the assigned Sales organization and customers during the proposal process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to local Sales organizations and customers in determining the most appropriate and cost-effective solutions, and assist in preparing technical/commercial offers based on customer specification requirements.
  • Define costs for proposed solutions and communicate them to the Sales organization.
  • Participate in risk review processes and analyze customer needs through general market information and competitor offers.
Requirements:
  • Specialized knowledge of field instrumentation, including measurement and monitoring of flow, level, pressure, temperature, and analysis of liquids.
  • Experience in product selection and configuration, quotation preparation, technical document compliance, vendor coordination, full-cost model calculation, and technical query clarification.
  • Familiarity with Sales Operations Tools - Salesforce Opportunity Management, Reports, and Dashboards.
  • Exposure to international standards - ISA, API, ANSI/ASME, ISO, IEC, and PIP.

The ideal candidate should have 4-10 years of relevant work experience in sales support, bids, and proposals, with a B.E./B.Tech degree in Instrumentation or Electronics. The salary range for this position is estimated to be ₹12-25 lakhs per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
