The role of Senior Specialist is crucial to the organization's success. Key responsibilities include maintaining the organizational structure in Workday, ensuring data accuracy and integrity across various modules.
- Maintain bp's organizational structure in Workday, including supervisory organizations, positions, cost centers, and enterprise creation.
- Perform high-impact Workday transactions such as supervisory org changes, multiple reporting line changes, job and work schedule changes, and compensation updates.
- Support Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) activities as required.
- Closely collaborate with People & Org Data Analysts and Senior Analysts to meet operational objectives and identify areas for improvement.
This involves advising on business scenarios, acting as a main point of contact for key stakeholder teams, and resolving complex issues involving multiple systems and stakeholders using sound judgment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience working extensively with Workday is essential.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources Management or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in HR Shared Services.
- Proven experience in managing complex HR data and resolving multi-system issues.
