Vcare Hospitality India Pvt. Ltd. is a leading name in the facility management and hospitality industry, committed to providing high-quality manpower solutions, payroll management, and client services. We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager – HR to join our growing team in Pune.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, PT, etc.).
  • Prepare and explain CTC breakups, salary structures, and compensation-related queries.
  • Handle employee records, attendance, and leave management.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities as needed.
  • Maintain compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients regarding HR and manpower-related requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain HR-related reports and MIS for management review.
  • Assist in employee engagement, grievance handling, and HR operations.
  • Communicate effectively with employees, clients, and management in professional English.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of HR experience, with hands-on exposure to payroll & statutory compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of CTC breakup and salary structuring.
  • Basic understanding of all HR functions (recruitment, compliance, employee relations, documentation).
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage client relationships and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
