Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
HR Executive
to manage end-to-end HR operations within the travel industry. The candidate will handle recruitment, employee engagement, HR compliance, and day-to-day operations while ensuring smooth workforce management and alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for travel professionals, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain HR records, employee files, and statutory compliance.
  • Handle employee lifecycle activities: induction, confirmation, payroll coordination, and exit formalities.
  • Coordinate performance reviews and support training & development initiatives.
  • Drive employee engagement activities, ensuring a motivated and productive workforce.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and HR-related concerns.
  • Collaborate with management to implement HR policies and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience as an HR Executive, preferably in the
    travel, tourism, or hospitality sector
    .
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
