Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Pune. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, compliance with labor laws, training and development programs, and performance management. Daily tasks will include managing payroll, developing HR policies, conducting employee evaluations, and facilitating communication between management and staff. The HR Manager will also be responsible for fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring that organizational goals are met through effective HR strategies.

  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition skills
  • Experience in Employee Relations and Labor Law Compliance
  • Training, Development, and Performance Management skills
  • Payroll Management and HR Policy Development skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Pune
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the skincare or healthcare industry is a plus
