Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Pune. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, developing HR policies, facilitating employee onboarding, and maintaining employee relations. Daily tasks will include overseeing compensation and benefits, conducting performance reviews, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and implementing training programs. Additionally, the role involves handling conflict resolution and promoting a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
  • Knowledge of HR Policies, Labor Laws, and Compliance
  • Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution skills
  • Performance Management and Employee Development skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus
