Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant in our Pune location. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day HR tasks including HR management, maintaining and managing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), benefits administration, and assisting with training programs. The position supports the HR team in various administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures, and contributing to the smooth operation of HR functions.
