Role Description

This is a internship, on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant Intern based in Pune. The intern will support HR operations, including employee record management, benefits administration, and assisting with training programs. They will also work with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), help maintain accurate HR data, and assist in implementing HR management strategies. The role offers an opportunity to learn and grow within a dynamic renewable energy company.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) fundamentals and practices
  • Experience or familiarity with HR Management and HR Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Understanding of Benefits Administration and support for these processes
  • Ability to assist with Training programs and employee development initiatives
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to work in a collaborative team environment
  • Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
