Role Overview:

The HR Intern will work closely with the HR & L&D team to support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, database management and engagement activities. This internship offers a real-time learning experience in a dynamic, people-driven business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Support sourcing and screening of candidates for frontline and regional roles.
  • Coordinate interviews and assist in maintaining candidate databases.
  • Help with onboarding formalities and documentation for new joiners.

2. HR Operations

  • Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases.
  • Support attendance tracking and HR documentation.
  • Provide assistance in HR compliance and audit requirements.

3. Employee Engagement & L&D

  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and communication drives.
  • Support the coordination of learning and development sessions and track participation.

4. HR Projects & Reporting

  • Contribute to short-term HR projects such as data compilation, research, and process improvement.
  • Prepare basic reports and summaries as required by the HR team.

Who Can Apply:

  • Students pursuing or recently completed MBA / PGDM / Graduation in Human Resources or related fields.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

Internship Details:

  • Duration: 1 Month
  • Stipend: Unpaid
