Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern based in Pune. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for supporting HR functions, including assisting in implementing HR policies, managing personnel records, coordinating benefits programs, and contributing to employee initiatives. The role will involve close collaboration with the HR team to enhance organizational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and understanding of Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and Personnel Management
  • Familiarity with HR Policies and Employee Benefits programs
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and other HR-related software is a plus
  • Currently pursuing or a recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
