Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Human Resources Intern, located in Pune. The Human Resources Intern will assist with day-to-day HR activities, contribute to recruitment efforts, manage employee records, support onboarding processes, and help in organizing company events. The intern will also gain experience in developing HR policies, maintaining compliance with regulations, and working closely with different departments to understand their HR needs.

Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of Human Resources principles, practices, and procedures
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Enthusiasm for learning and gaining practical HR experience
  • Currently pursuing or having completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
