As an
HR Assistant
, you will be a key part of the Human Resources team, contributing to daily operations and strategic initiatives. You will support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Post job openings on various platforms and coordinate the end-to-end hiring process.
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and communicate with candidates.
- Assist in preparing offer letters and coordinating new hire onboarding.
Employee Engagement & Relations:
- Address routine employee queries with professionalism and clarity.
- Support planning of employee engagement activities, celebrations, and feedback initiatives.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
HR Operations & Administration:
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.
- Prepare reports, maintain attendance and leave records, and support payroll documentation.
- Assist in drafting policies, memos, and other internal HR communications.
Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure proper documentation for employee files, contracts, and statutory requirements.
- Assist in audits, background verifications, and compliance-related updates.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0.6- 1 year of experience in an HR support/assistant role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive).
- Basic knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Positive attitude with the willingness to learn and take initiative.
